After the recent github censoring story that led me to read [1], it occurred to me that there are just going to be fundamental differences in opinions on how compensation should work in a company.
In hiring threads do you think it would be a good idea to start identifying how the compensation works at a company? (e.g. 'meritocracy' or 'equality')
