Since the article mentions the BAFTA Games Awards a few times: Papers, Please didn't win best game, which was to be expected (though his former employer's The Last Of Us did win that and 4 other awards), however it did win for best strategy/simulation, which was a surprise win (not easy for an indie game to take a bafta).
