I would also like to have an option to pay so that I can keep our users data private. Edit: Added clarification.

Is there a way let users collaborate without authorizing the app?

Developers authorize and create API with Google but it will be nice to allow users to collaborate anonymously like Sharing a Google Doc to the public.
