No it DOES NOT. For example, delivery to our email is delayed by up to 48 hours and no help from them. The ticket is open for a month and each phone conversation starts from zero (disable filters, clear up cookies, bla bla). There is no follow up, progress, etc.


You couldn't be more wrong. Just ask Paul Graham about how much of his e-mail was lost by google apps.
