3kb of RAM and 24kb of flash is a bit tight for Doom unfortunately. It has been ported to another Cortex-M0+ microcontroller, the RP2040, but that has 264kb of RAM plus megabytes of flash and the game still barely fits.
I feel the same way. I remember thinking back in the day that every office would have a cluster of old servers to fire up once a month for a big data task. Instead, you can get massively more power for less than $100 of credits on BigQuery.
