Really surprising to read how bad it is. My 2010 MacBook Pro battery lasted until 2023 (despite not being so useful anymore much earlier due to apple's planned obsolescence)

But my mobiles didn't fare so well. I'm glad my S23 can be limited to 85% which is more than plenty for a normal day.
