Believing someone should be prosecuted doesn’t facilitate stalking them.

Unfortunately Fauci is getting lots of death threats thanks to right-wing media spewing lies about him. One guy is already sentenced to 3 years in prison for it, I wonder how many more crazies will do stupid things because of Elon's tweet and end up in prison just like this guy: https://www.justice.gov/usao-md/pr/man-who-made-threats-agai...

Sure but believing someone should be prosecuted is different from facilitating stalking them.

Suppressing all dissent of the left and right because any single nut follows a particular cause would stop any cause from being discussed. Also Fauci did fund gain of function research and it’s reasonable to want to investigate that but that’s besides the point.

Could you tell me, in your own words, what you think is wrong with GoF research per se?

In your own words, why do you think Wuhan Institute of Virology and those that funded their work are blameless relating to the Covid 19 epidemic?

Lots of scientists have done gain of function research I am sure then you would like to investigate all of them and not just Fauci?

That will take a while to compile the list. And I assume you really understand what it is. So what is your exact problem with it.

Based on your answers to questions so far I am doubting you even know what it is. Someone just told you it was bad and now you want to draw attention to yourself.

I, and I think probably most people that are aware of it, would like to know why the US funded (not worked on) Gain of Function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Stop trying to turn this into an argument against science rather than an argument in favour of investigating ethical misconduct. It’s transparent, everyone knows you’re doing it, and it’s bot effective.
