Try the FTP archive at https://archive.org/details/2014.11.ftp.cs.vu.nl maybe, it seems to have the Amoeba files (unlike mirrorservice.org, which only has the Minix ones). The ArchiveOS page at https://archiveos.org/amoeba/ linked from the Wikipedia page also has some.
