There's no way this Supreme Court is going to alter the CSA.

I was reacting to "There is nothing stopping you from ordering and taking almost any drug." and I'd be shocked if the Supreme Court altered the interpretation of the CSA in such a way to allow arbitrary people to order controlled substances without a doctors prescription. Even if their state law allowed it.
