No, but the point was that they didn't even realise the issue existed, as iOS has this as a default behaviour.
Reading the article I was surprised to hear of the issue and could not replicate. I am capable of finding the relevant setting in Android I'm sure, but many older and tech illiterate people in my life (who are more likely to need zoom) I think would struggle.
