By design they are non-sterilizing because they don't develop immunity in the nasal mucous. It's always been the case that with a large enough exposure the COVID vaccinated would still get infected in the nose and transmit the virus to others.

This is disinformation. If you get the vaccine you won't get COVID. It's that simple.
