Amazon, Google, etc just want to make money. TikTok is (like all companies in China) an extension of the Chinese state, a state that is currently engaging in genocide.

Amazon and Google are extensions of the USG when dealing with foreign nationals. You can assume that 100% of the relevant data is accessible to US agencies.
