I've had a "million dollar idea" and I want to build a small prototype that works on iOS. I don't have a mac, and I've never done any iOS development, so I figure my best bet is to write an app using one of those PhoneGap, Ionic, etc etc things. What is the the latest and greatest?

Can I even do it without a mac? Maybe I could build it on my dev machine and rent some time on one of those "cloud macs" to publish it to the app store?
