I installed it today for the first time because of this thread. It is the perfect combination of minimal and power-user friendly. I'm impressed.

same I almost went to search for the release notes

~2,500 for Tiananmen Square

I think that the biggest problem with Iran right now, is that there is no clear opposition party.

South Africa had Mandela, India had Gandhi and Chile had Aylwin. We only have "Reza Pahalavi" being pushed by United State and Israel. He is nowhere qualified to run the country and hasn't stepped a foot there for decades.

None of these movements are going to succeed, unless someone from within the country forms a strong party and unifies everyone.

Either way, I'm afraid that Iranians are going to be suffering for a long time.

The toll was significantly higher -- this is from a 2017 BBC article [0]:

The Chinese army crackdown on the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests killed at least 10,000 people, according to newly released UK documents.

The figure was given in a secret diplomatic cable from then British ambassador to China, Sir Alan Donald.

The original source was a friend of a member of China's State Council, the envoy says.

Maybe I'm the only one realizing it's exactly the same amount they were due to receive from the US Govt until the Trump administration said they were too woke.

They are both garbage companies that will abuse the data they receive regardless

This was my initial perspective as well. Given that there are no profiles, I will likely have to pivot to something else

> We have been moving quickly to address these issues, delivering four additional point releases with over 100 changes since the initial 10.11.0 release. To date, most point releases have focused on resolving general and migration-related issues. The remaining migration issues are largely isolated, one-off cases and are unlikely to be resolved.

I guess that's my cue to finally try and upgrade. I dragged my feet given how widespread the friction of the upgrade, but if this is as good as it's going to get, I might as well pull the bandaid off now.

I'm in the same boat, still on the older version and monitoring the new updates. There's an issue list on github for the .11 release, and while aaalot got resolved, theres still some big things open (#15045). But the jellyfin team is doing amazing work and I'm thankful.

A few of my users already messaged me that with the next version, the android tv app will cease to work with the old jellyfin version, so I guess I have to upgrade soon

I've been having massive performance issues, specifically with the database locking. Disabling the Playback Reporting plugin resolved the issue.

Between this and the dual boot diaries podcast it's great to see mainstream PC outlets covering Linux more broadly.

The article definitely took a sharp and unexpected left towards the end.

I've used recalendar.js the past few years for my eInk devices:
