If you dont call it AI and see it as a natural language search engine result merger it's a bit easier to understand. Like a search engine, it's clunky so you have to know how to use it to get any useful results. Sometimes it appears magical or clever but it's just analyzing billions of text patterns. You can use this search merger to generate text in various forms quickly, and request new generated text. But it doesn't have taste, comprehension, problem solving, vision, or wisdom. However it can steal your data and your work and include it in it's search engine.
Literally just got bit by this. I added a wildcard domain to a cert servicing multiple sites. Apparently the verification process for wildcards is more onerous and even when you have it working it wont renew in the same way as a normal cert. It requires specific workarounds based on your dns provider. Appreciative that we moved away from paid certs that required manual work to renew every year but this feels like a mismanaged backslide.
Context matters. Democrats want to compromise on not slashing Healthcare. I don't see a point in my interest why I'd disagree, therefore the GOP is being unreasonable.
You can even call it a selfish standpoint if you want. But if you're working class I fail to see why you'd game the democrats here. The Healthcare premiums hurt red states more anyway.
Trump take bribes with companies and countries for exemptions to tariffs. Trump informs insiders of upcoming market manipulations so they can exploit the falls and rises. Inflation rises in the us as companies have fewer competitors and another justification for price increases. Income inequality increases just like the last guy that said lets make america great again.
Apple used to take their time, and build out a feature to excellence. They never tried to be first to market, but you could feel that when they did launch it was worth your attention. After Vision Pro and Apple pretending they cared about siri the voice activated timer for 15 years i think the era of apple intelligence is over. I just hope new companies can build something interesting before computers become as thrilling as toasters.
Netflix streaming was originally a free perk of being a dvd subscriber, because the hosting service was so much more efficient than the cost of mailing a physical object to your house and back. Now many ISPs have dedicated netflix storage appliances on site that further reduce bandwidth.
Also if you are on an ad based plan they would want you to use the service more.
Understanding texas - it's not political, they just worship money. So if you can make money making solar / wind farms nobody will stop you, and that's why texas has a ton of solar / wind farms. If you can make money running a bitcoin farm and then get paid money to turn it off during peak hours, nobody will stop you. If you can invent a power billing company that is market based so customers save money when rates are low but suddenly have an insane energy bill when ERCOT breaks down nobody will stop you. There is no moral code stopping green energy, it's just pure free market vampire capitalism.
