Okay but what about scammers, they don’t drive engagement. Why leave them be untouched. I report scammer who pretends to be e.musk with name e.musk and sent me fake musk’s passport in chat, asking to invest- what more of impersonation scam could that be. Meta’s response - we reviewed and took appropriate steps. Yet scammer guy still untouched chatting with me weeks later.
Scammers drive a lot traffic, pay for ads, people check Facebook more often while being scammed, and search for support and help from peers on Facebook after being scammed, driving engagement in the form of support, ridicule and rage.
I am more appalled that all those emails have that footer that says - if you’re not intended recipient you should delete immediately. Yet people see it and just copy those emails. No respect for the legal disclaimer. Now they can all be sued for ignoring that legal disclaimer, I suppose they will face justice sooner than all those people in emails.

But first you must ask yourself - do you wash your car often enough, and maybe you should be choosing the car wash as your occupation? And maybe “50 meters” is the message here, that you’re in metric country living next to a car wash, its also pretty good that you’re not born in medieval times and very likely died within first year of your life…
for bezos, ring and wapo. aws is fine because it's just commerce, you give him money in exchange for services. fair and sqaure. but he's hardly the only billionaire-villain out there. musk with his "X" i'm pretty sure he engineered the downfall of america on his own, and people didn't bat an eye as he was allowed to fire government employees and access government data of all americans so he can use his platforms to manipulate society further. Zuck, hardly needs explanation. larry ellison and his paramount efforts to take over warner bros and control half the media in the country because half the movies/shows isn't enough. it's endless. fox news, every local news station is owned by one billionaire dynasty. We're practically a feudal society now.
should have said most people, because that's true. it's the dire state of things. even now only 49% disapprove of the current admin, after seeing their own country men shot while protesting, little kids born in the US kidnapped and sent to foreign countries. if you think those 51% of people cared about government employees getting fired or allies being alienated, you'd be mistaken.
“WD-40 performs worse than oils” because WD-40 is not an oil, it’s not even a lubricant. It’s a water protector.
many make mistake using WD40 for lubricating everything because it’s mainly for water related applications. There are flavours of WD40 that are more “oil”.
A coworker was asking if someone had some WD40 they could bring in because his chair was squeaking. "I do, but I'll bring in something else for your chair." Another coworker asked "Are you one of those guys that believes WD40 isn't a lubricant?" to which I answered "Absolutely."
In artillery and similar massive pressure applications are used chlorine based lubricants.
These have the ultimate performance as the chlorine firmly attaches to the metal, but it also destroys the surface immediately (which is not a problem in an one shot application).
Would you argue that these are not lubricants because of that?
