Love Indie Hackers! I've learned a ton from the founders that you've interviewed.

Definitely encourage you to build out the podcast since it will provide even more value to your audience.

Best of luck!

Off the cuff, look through the criticisms and try to figure out how to make your marketplace 10x better. If you can, talk to the people who made those criticisms directly to get even more information. These can even become your first users.

Also, users should probably be matched based on language and other similarities. For example, an architecture student would match with architecture grads who did programs in english.

Good luck!

Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future.

Yes everyone is an Elon fan already, but the book offers a great inside look into how he thinks and how he faced down some incredible challenges. The book really inspired me to think bigger and to optimize for impact.

It's important to remember the trade-off between cost of living and network value. SF has a really high density of founders, talent, and investors but a proportionally higher cost of living.

Another important consideration is where your users/clients are. How would moving affect your execution? E.g. the Airbnb guys spent most of their time in NYC during the YC program because that's where their early users were.

If I were you, I'd focus more on ramping up growth.

That would be really valuable to a lot of founders (myself included).
