Not quite sure where these numbers were pulled from but the median Swedish salary for men are at $40482.89/yr and women at $36687.6/yr, the median of that is 38585.24 in total. Not sure that I can trust anything from this article.

The article is just bad propaganda. I say "bad" because it relies on the reader not having spent time outside the USA. You can compare apples and oranges all day. If Sweden suffers from "poverty" than its a type of poverty that looks pretty cozy to me.

The Ludwig von Mises institute is certainly not apolitical by any stretch.

I've seen religious freaks all over the net promoting this. But seriously? Once who have ever say in a plane have seen that the horizon isn't flat. It's curved. And if the earth were to be flat, how would the satellites stay up? Wouldn't possible to orbit something that's shaped in that way. But then I guess space travel is just bogus according to the religious freaks as well.

Yes it is (in their opinion): http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=...

And not just religious freaks, apparently.

It's not a religion problem.

It's a basic mathematics problem. Notably, Euclidian geometry and trigonometry. When was the last time those disciplines where taught in schools?

open up a screen session and type whatever you want.

I agree, the phones should still be phones and not tablets. If a customer want a tablet - buy a tablet. If they want a phone - buy a phone.

On the other hand what Apple made with the 6/6+ is a decent solution even though personally I believe the iPhone 6 to be slightly too big as well. Had to purchase a silicon case just to get a firm grip when holding it.

Some consumers (myself included) don't want two devices that essentially do most of the same things but are just slightly different sized. I have the 6+ and like it a lot. I sold my iPad Mini Retina when I got the 6+ and for the most part haven't really missed it. If the iPad Mini Retina had phone capabilities, I might have considered making that my only mobile device, but that would have required carrying something to lug it around, so the 6+ is probably the best device to rule them all for me.

Sounds just like the 10.000 other cities near/over the polar circle. And seriously, you don't keep your cars running 24/7 there are block heaters although this sounds like a very undeveloped place. Are you sure they're not Eskimos and ride around with their sleds? Eat what they hunt(there for frozen)? I've lived in areas where there was -30-45c for months straight and sure plumbing froze unless u let the water drip. Cars hard to start unless you use the block heater. But the rest just sounds like plain bullshit.

Considering that they actually included pictures from yakutsk by the same photographer (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2548176/Feeling-cold...) It seems like they really took the time to cross all their i's and dot all their t's.

Also as someone who's grown up in winters that regularily hit -40 and -50, it can't have been that cold otherwise you wouldn't have pictures of people without a toque on, or a scarf/neckwarmer.

Where would these freeware/open source projects get several millions from to pay as bounties...

Read the last sentence: The bounty would be paid by major tech companies, who, after all, benefit greatly from this software, and are getting screwed by the holes. Google, Yahoo, Amazon, for example.

Know a few of these features already been mentioned, but after trying it out...

The upload proximitor gets stuck, so it's not possible to start another recording unless you restart recordit.

The player doesn't scale it to fit on screen, unless you use full screen.

The possibility to delete what you have uploaded would be great. And possibly password protect it.

Great feedback. Thank you.

looks a bit like the "Bouncer" game for Nokia.

It was called Bounce, and Rovio had made a couple of titles for Nokia - http://www.rovio.com/en/our-work/games/archived-games

I've used it a few times, but some of the buyers are less serious and look to rent the domain and so on, which ends up in the ending the contract basically when ur ad expire, ending in you without a sale.
