I think in terms of natural beauty, it's definitely in the upper half. Specifically Ouachita National Forest in my opinion.

just me or is this a completely different article?

Yes - not sure what happened.

I can't update the URL anymore.

The correct one should be: https://www.windowscentral.com/software-apps/windows-11/micr...

Not just you: it seems to be an article about NVIDIA.

I don't understand why this is being pursued when there's already duty limits for how long drivers can be on the road anyway. Surely the money would be better spent on chargers at truck stops, no?

The YotaPhone did something similar back in 2012, I'm surprised it took this long for someone else to try it again. IIRC they had oodles of crowdfunding support but fumbled the logistics side of things.

Hisense produces e-ink smartphone at least since 2018, they also got one with a colored e-ink display.

I had a chance to play with one, it was a phenomenal phone. It's a shame it fell apart.

Especially wit how many extra screens in folding phones these days.

I have Dec 4th, 2013 as my earliest

They provide .stl files for you to 3d print your own enclosure, or presumably order form a third party printer. I assume this shell is specifically for those who are concerned with appearance and/or fire resistance (PLA is pretty flammable.)

Right now is best time to buy encyclopedias.

Why, you can dl any version of wikipedia from before 2023

I would gladly take a wind turbine by my house, especially if it meant drones were restricted from flying near it.

Wind turbines are pretty noisy, so you might not want it right next to your house. That's a bit like living next to a high way.

Edit: OK, since this topic is fairly controversial I just wanted to say that it's probably not as loud as a highway, but it is noisy!

Are you drones a problem near your house?

Not currently, but it is definitely something I worry about for the future. I'm pretty adamant in my support for (relative) peace and quiet in public spaces, but recently those around me have seemed to care less and less, which worries me.

For the time being, just living close to a small airport should do.

It prevents them from ever being a problem being flown near a house

In my neighborhood, a drone would likely be shot down if it were over someone else's property.

If the war in Ukraine has taught me anything, it’s that you’re unlikely to be able to shoot down a drone if you even notice it at all.

IDK. My neighbor is pretty good hitting clay pigeons.

So am I. Drone moves very differently from clay pigeons. But now I'd like to try...

This summer we had a drone hovering high over the community pool, spying on women and teens sunbathing. We never managed to figure out where it was coming from.

What does the "solved" state of this data look like? I understand this is just a metric, and the goal isn't necessarily to hit a specific number, but my ignorant assumption would be that the percentages should roughly align with the broader population's demographics, no?

There was an extension called Epiverse that used to do this + reddit comments, I dearly miss it. Although I began to notice that I was more concerned with the comments than the pages themselves.
